At Boleri we want the buying experience to be as calm as the pieces we sell, which starts with shipping you can plan around. Every order inside the United States ships free.

Shipping Locations

This policy applies to orders shipped within: the United States.

Delivery Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after this move to the next business day, which can add a day to the estimate.
  • Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Once processed, your order goes out with one of our trusted carriers.
  • Transit Time: 6–8 business days, Monday through Friday.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days in total.

Delivery windows are estimates and can shift for reasons outside our control.

Carrier Services

We work with reliable carriers to deliver across the United States, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: every order within the United States ships free, with no minimum order value.
  • Paid Shipping: for any destination outside our free shipping zone, cost is calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your delivery is delayed or your package goes missing, contact our customer service team right away. We will work with the carrier to get your order where it belongs.
